How do I make reservations?
Make reservations by clicking on the "Book It Now" button on the website, or call (808) 638-2501 to complete reservations. 

Who do I call if I need help with something in the room?
In every confirmation email, we provide the phone numbers for both the building manager and the maintenance point of contact for your room.  You can always call/text our main office line, (808) 638-2501, for any issues that you may need help with during your stay. 

Where do I collect the keys/check in?
Information will provided which gives specific check-in information prior to your arrival.  You will either be provided a code to collect your keys for a lockbox or you will recieve a welcome packet in the mail, depending on which resort you'll be staying at.  If you have any problems, please call or text (808) 638-2501 for assistance. 

How do I pay for the room?
You can pay for the room with a credit card on the website, or by calling (808) 638-2501.

How are deposits handled?
All reservations require a 25% payment to hold chosen dates. 45 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance is due in full.

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled 2 days or more prior to arrival date are 100% refundable.  

How do I get directions to the property?
Directions to your specific room will be emailed to you in the confirmation email, you can also find directions to Poipu Rd by visiting our "Driving Directions" page.  

Smoking/non smoking rooms?
All of our properties are non-smoking inside and on the lanais.  Depending on the property, it may be permissible to smoke on balconies and patios - call (808) 638-2501 for property specific clarification. 

Is there a late check out option?
Depending on the check-in schedule of your specific property, it may be possible to request a late check out.  Call (808) 638-2501 for more information.  

Are pets allowed in the rooms?
None of our properties currently allow pets in the rentals. 

What does the cleaning fee cover / what do I have to clean when I check out?
We ask that you put all of the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on and take out the trash when you leave. All of the linens in the property will be washed after every stay, but we ask that you please do not put linens in the washing machine or pile them into a hamper and just leave them in the appropriate rooms.
