Loved it!
This is THE place to be in Kauai. Poipu has so much to offer. Its safe, convenient, and beautiful. This property checked off every mark. It was clean, welcoming, easy to get to, beautiful location with an ocean view. I cant wait to revisit it.

Fantastic all around. The place was very comfortable. There was an AC unit in all rooms, and the air flowed very softly, keeping a perfect temperature without the chill air. The two ladies responsible for the property were awesome. They asked us every day if we needed anything, and we hardly ever did. The kitchen was fully functional. Underneath the unit next door, there was a small storage dedicated to anything you might need at the beach( snorkels, tubes, bogy-boards, sand toys for kids, coolers, and fins of all sizes). At a walking distance from Poipu Beach. I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay. Such a fantastic location and great value. The managers of the property checked several times to make sure we were ok and responded immediately to any questions. We had a wonderful time. Everything was very easy and incredible being able to walk to Poipu in a few minutes. The beds and couch were comfy. The shower had great pressure and was lovely and warm. They left a lovely welcome pack with delicious granola bars. Everything you need to have an enjoyable and easy stay. Thank you! :-)

The perfect place
Our unit was the perfect unit for 2 people. Great location, clean, and well-stocked. Jed and Lisa went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The grounds were exceptional and the ocean a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. Visible views of the sea to the mountains were breathtaking. The location was great for walking to the water for the sunset and drivable to shops, eats, and coffee. Comfortable kitchen and living area too!

Many bugs fly in when a door is open at night or are simply small enough to come in through screens on windows and sliding doors. For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay. Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
