Excellent accommodation with magnificent views of Kauai.
Magnificent ocean views, air conditioning, and a very well-equipped condo in a wonderful neighborhood. The pool is clean but there is no jacuzzi. The premises are beautiful, theres plenty of parking and the staff is very helpful. The owners provided us with a wealth of information. Overall, excellent visit!

Your team has it together! The thoughtfulness to detail made our stay very pleasurable. I had everything I needed including an iron! Thank you for giving us a home away from home! The management company made all the difference. They were informative and prompt when responding to my questions. I appreciate how well-stocked everything was, including kitchen spices and bathroom needs. The beachside chairs, boogie boards, and coolers were greatly appreciated.

This place was well worth the money! It is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped throughout. Also, the management team is outstanding. No place is absolutely perfect, but this place came close! The condo was spacious and clean. It was also very well equipped with full kitchen utensils, including cooking and baking needs. They also had things one needs at the beach: chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and sand toys for kids. The view is spectacular and it is close to the pool. More importantly, the management company was a wealth of good information. I would highly recommend this place.

Great spot, beautiful sunsets. Our family stayed here for the 2nd leg of our Kauai trip. We visited Waimea Canyon, Wailua River, Napali Coast, and hiked the heritage trail. It was a great central location for all these spots. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed

Excellent Spot; Well-appointed Condo
Great condo. Location is ideal, short walk to great bodysurfing beach, swimming and surfing spots. Condo itself has everything you could need, nice ocean view, clean, quality kitchen amenities (pots, pans, knives, etc), beach chairs and coolers. We would definitely come back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with anything we might need for a beach vacation. The condo was very clean and well appointed with spices in the kitchen, ice chests, beach chairs, and beach towels. The condo was right across the street from the beach which made it very convenient for us. The management company was very pleasant and responsive to a couple of things that happened at the condo during our stay. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

Our condo, Nihi Kai 203, was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay, from kitchenware to boogie boards. Very short walk to Brenneke's and Poipu beaches. The grounds and pool were fantastic and maintained daily. The view from the lanai can't be beaten!
The area is relatively quiet and made for a very relaxing stay. Very short drive to any shopping you would like to do as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat if we ever make it back to Kauai!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nihi Kai room 203. There were two couples and it worked really well with us. Two master with attached bathrooms. It was clean and the rental company was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions and a minor problem with the ceiling fan.
We would stay there again.

This was a nice property. If I could have one negative it would be a light in the closets. The bedrooms are dark so I had to use my cell phone to see my clothes in the closet. But it was just a miner inconvenience. Otherwise it was great!

Amazing view
What an amazing face. It is perfectly located close to Brenneckes beach, the amazing, sea turtles that come up on the soundtrack, and Poipu Park. The views from the balcony are amazing. Great place to see the sunset. We had a few questions and a minor issue which were promptly and quickly resolved. My text messages were answered almost immediately. Would highly recommend this place.

Das sehr schne Apartment ber zwei Etagen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Strandequipment, Schnorchelausrstung, komplette Kchenausstattung, Poolhandtcher). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit Pool, Grillplatz und Tennisanlage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum nchsten Strand, an dem Schildkrten und Mnchsrobben beobachtet werden knnen. Vom Balkon aus lassen sich die Sonnenuntergnge mit Blick auf das Meer genieen.
The very nice apartment over two floors is equipped with everything you need (beach equipment, snorkeling equipment, complete kitchen equipment, pool towels). The complex is very well maintained with pool, barbecue area and tennis court. The location is very quiet, just a few steps to the nearest beach where turtles and monk seals can be observed. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunsets overlooking the sea.

Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice.
