We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai 15F and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. The layout was great and the amenities and location made for a fantastic experience. Located close to shopping and the beach and in a great location for a morning walk/jog. We had a hard time saying goodbye! The unit was just as described. The condition of the home was fantastic. The decor and furnishings were very nice and truly made us feel at home. 5. We loved the kitchen area. It was very spacious and perfect as our central place to hang out before our next outing. Loved the lanai furniture. It was a great place to relax and catch your breath.

Great place to stay and awesome location! Close to shopping and great food options! The only thing I would recommend is taking a look at the stove. Left side of stove might be going out. Not working properly. The owner takes pride in home and everything is very well taken care of. We took extra cleaning measures to make sure we kept up the home during out stay. Hesitant to book at first due to no reviews. However the place was beyond our expectations. It was immaculate, bed was comfortable, spacious kitchen and the 2.5 bathrooms was also a plus. The WiFi was touch and go at times but nothing that would drop my rating. The pool and bbq amenities were fantastic. Slight issue with the temperature of the water in the second bathroom where it seems that the hot water runs out. Property manager offered to have maintenance come out but we were able to manage. Again nothing that affects my rating. Highly recommend this place. It will not disappoint.

I have had little need to communicate with the working members the booking is easy online and all needs are met. Have used Koloa Kai for extended work stays, each unit has been very well appointed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Units are always clean and I always appreciate there is a light on when I arrive at night.

Close to the main entrance if you dont feel like walking or driving in and out of the property. The place is clean! With a designated unit parking spot, you dont feel like you have to always come home early to find or fight for a space. You get to do and drive around the island more this way - Hawaiian way and time. The property also has guest parking spots, in case someone wants to visit or your fam rented 2 cars because some units sleep up to 6 people, this helps. Everything that PM 15F listed it provides was there! If you dont want stairs (in case you forget something), this place is great because its on the ground floor. Cleanliness and convenience as there is a mini shopping center nearby and also restaurants on the other side of the property and mini stores and boutiques including food truck(s) in between.

5/5 Week in Poipu Excellent stay at contemporary Pili Mai 15F. The unit was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed. The kitchen was loaded with all the necessary cooking utensils. Excellent washer and dryer were nice. Having beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas is a game changer. Koloa Kai property management was excellent and promptly responded to all inquiries. 5/5 Perfect Place in Paradise We absolutely loved our stay at the condo at Pili Mai. Everything was clean and comfortable and the decor was beautiful and up to date. Our host provided everything we needed for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped, there were a lot of cleaning supplies available, plenty of beach toys for our use, and a surplus of towels. The location was perfect for us to get to all of the beaches and landmarks we wanted to see while we were in Kauai. The Pili Mai condos are quiet and pristine, making our stay relaxing and restful. PESTS:
Kauai is in a climate that is considered to be both tropical and within a rainforest category, known for its lush flora and fauna.  The environmental factors create a situation where pests (insects) are nearly impossible to eradicate from every property constantly.  Many bugs fly in when a door is open at night or are simply small enough to come in through screens on windows and sliding doors.  For this reason, Koloa Kai engages in regular quarterly pest control on every property to keep the pests at bay.  Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues.  Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred.  Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.

30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days.  Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law.  If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property.  During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice.  Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.  

Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%), and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
