Tropical Oasis Condo - very nicely upgraded with granite counter tops and hardwood floors.  Extra privacy because of the end unit means that you get more ventilation from the extra wall louvers as well as the absence of hallway toot traffic.  Sit on the spacious lanai and gaze at the ocean over the green lawn and mystical Moir Cactus garden!  Share a cocktail or glass of wine as the sun goes down and puts on a show!  

*UPDATED COVID-19 MEASURES* (1) We have implemented new cleaning protocols: new cleaning products chosen for virus killing properties, emphasis of sanitizing high-tough areas, Cleaning Staff Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - masks, gloves, sanitizing before/after cleaning.  (2) 24 hours between reservations on all new reservations after April 1, 2020. (3) No more same day check-in/check-out reservations.

Second floor but easily accessible, only nine steps up the stairs means less lugging heavy luggage and groceries.  #330 is equidistant from the ocean and beaches of the Poipu Shore as it is from the amenities offered by the Poipu Shore Village restaurants, entertainment and shops.

Worked remotely for a week here and went out after work. The beach is so close, we went every day! Great for snorkeling and relaxing with dinner waves good enough for surfing. Jed was very prompt and communicative. The property was nicely furnished in a good location. It was a short walk to get to the beach and there is good snorkeling right there. Would recommend eating at the nearby Keoki's Paradise, which is within very easy walking distance. The pictures do not do this place justice! Its even more spacious inside than it looks, and you will have access to all of the resort amenities. The beach and shopping district are all within walking distance from this location as well.

Everything was amazing about the condo. Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a huge patio. Situated right next to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and tropical plants. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Was great to have access to the Poipu athletic club and I took a couple of yoga classes in a beautiful semi-open studio. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in/checkout process was easy. Would love to stay again when I visit Kauai another time.

We had a very enjoyable time at the plantation. The communication from management was clear and available when needed. Waves were close enough to walk, or a short drive away. We had plenty of space for 2 couples, the couch pulled out into a comfortable double bed. The kitchen was excellent with everything we needed. Good beach gear, a nice location, and access to the Athletic Club were great! I don't fault Jed in the least, but there was a small key fob issue at checkout. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
As of September 24, 2020, the following special rules apply for travel to Kauai from off island.  
  1. Guests agree to comply with all of the state and local rules, including when required by emergency proclamation, taking a COVID-19 test from a state approved lab no more than 72 hours prior to traveling to Kauai in accordance with the government requirements.  Guest will also be able to provide Koloa Kai with proof of compliance with the government rules.
  2. Guests acknowledge that if they are unable or unwilling to comply with the rules allowing them to skip quarantine, and therefore are subject ot the mandatory 10 day traveler quarantine, that Koloa Kai will not be able to host you, and will have to cancel your reservation and provide you with a 100% refund.

Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.5%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fees.
