*UPDATED COVID-19 MEASURES* (1) We have implemented new cleaning protocols: new cleaning products chosen for virus-killing properties, the emphasis of sanitizing high-touch areas, Cleaning Staff Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - masks, gloves, sanitizing before/after cleaning.  (2) 24 hours between reservations on all new reservations after April 1, 2020. (3) No more same-day check-in/check-out reservations.

First floor with great accessibility.  100 feet to BBQ outside the lanai. Only 5 steps down the stairs to the front door or can enter the building from the lanai side with a wheelchair.  #322 is equidistant from the ocean and beaches of the Poipu Shore as it is from the amenities offered by the Poipu Shore Village restaurants, entertainment, and shops.

This unit is truly a home away from home at a resort that has the best location in all of Poipu Beach. Old world plantation-style buildings beautifully set in thirty-five acres of banyan trees, orchid gardens, palm groves, koi ponds, lagoon, tropical flowers, manicured lawns, and the perfect white sandy beach with the magnificent ocean. The plantation's feel and ambiance areas through the building sites were selected to preserve the natural beauty of the property. Kiahuna Plantation is the only resort in Poipu that is located on a swimming beach. It has its own on-site restaurant, pool, tennis courts, and gym facility. World-class dining and shopping are within walking distance.

All your staff were excellent. We were staying in condos on Turtle Bay Golf Course in Oahu before we came to Kauai and the other rental company's communication was definitely not the same as Koloa Kai. Their information emails were almost threatening and didnt make you feel welcome at all. The place was definitely not as nice but cost more which was funny considering how they wrote a massive list of what NOT to do. I said I wouldn't recommend their condo and wouldnt you know it, the review wouldn't submit. I sent the email another way and no one bothered to respond. Never going back there.

I have been to Kauai / Poipu many times but my partner had never been. Kiahuna Plantation has the best location in my opinion. No real complaints at all other than the fan in the bedroom was possessed and suddenly sped loudly, stopped and sped up again each morning around 7 am.

I think this is the best place weve ever stayedreally wish wed booked our entire trip here (vs our south/north shore split). I think my only suggestion would be to have a recycling bin in the unit! Mahalo for a wonderful few days in Koloa!

Incredible place! the pictures dont do it justice. We especially loved the lanai - the perfect view for sipping coffee, and we enjoyed the rooster and cat visitors! Walking distance to the beach and to restaurants, it was plenty of space for my husband and me, and the kitchen was well outfitted for cooking a few meals in (we especially appreciated the large coffee pot). Absolutely would stay again!

Great Condo in Beautiful Kiahuna Plantation This we our fifth stay at Kiahuna Plantation, our first at this condo. The condo is clean and well equipped with the basics. Nice view of the cactus garden, and in the distance you can see the ocean through a gap in the Sheraton. The ground floor location of the condo worked well for my mobility challenges. We really enjoyed our time at this little condo. It was very clean and had all the additional amenities youd need for a condo stay. The kitchen had oil, s&p, vinegar, and such even had boogie boards to borrow. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
As of September 24, 2020, the following special rules apply for travel to Kauai from off-island.  
  1. Guests agree to comply with all of the state and local rules, including when required by emergency proclamation, taking a COVID-19 test from a state-approved lab no more than 72 hours prior to traveling to Kauai in accordance with the government requirements.  Guest will also be able to provide Koloa Kai with proof of compliance with the government rules.
  2. Guests acknowledge that if they are unable or unwilling to comply with the rules allowing them to skip quarantine, and therefore are subject to the mandatory 10-day traveler quarantine, that Koloa Kai will not be able to host you, and will have to cancel your reservation and provide you with a 100% refund.
Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.5%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fees.
