Amazing view
What an amazing face. It is perfectly located close to Brenneckes beach, the amazing, sea turtles that come up on the soundtrack, and Poipu Park. The views from the balcony are amazing. Great place to see the sunset. We had a few questions and a minor issue which were promptly and quickly resolved. My text messages were answered almost immediately. Would highly recommend this place.

Das sehr schne Apartment ber zwei Etagen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Strandequipment, Schnorchelausrstung, komplette Kchenausstattung, Poolhandtcher). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit Pool, Grillplatz und Tennisanlage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum nchsten Strand, an dem Schildkrten und Mnchsrobben beobachtet werden knnen. Vom Balkon aus lassen sich die Sonnenuntergnge mit Blick auf das Meer genieen.
The very nice apartment over two floors is equipped with everything you need (beach equipment, snorkeling equipment, complete kitchen equipment, pool towels). The complex is very well maintained with pool, barbecue area and tennis court. The location is very quiet, just a few steps to the nearest beach where turtles and monk seals can be observed. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunsets overlooking the sea.

Perfect spot in the Poipu area. So close to the pool and the beach. We had a 2 yr old and 4 mo old and this location made it so easy for us. Loved how the common area is separated from the bedrooms. Very spacious and well kept. Would definitely recommend it.

The accommodations Were outstanding. Beautiful location access to all, the condo had all amenities.
The stay was wonderful, the condo had all the necessities, well equipped. There were a few issues beyond anyone's control, power outages for the whole area, a water main pipe break so no water, and Ac unit issues, which caused water spill on personal belongings, The property mgt team was responsive, and a pleasure to work with to resolve any concerns, etc which made our visit all together a pleasant visit. When you have a rental /property management company that is quick to respond during any unforeseen issues you know they care about your vacation and do what they can to make sure your visit is enjoyable. I would definitely return and stay at this location again. Outstanding location, condo & team. Thank you for all you did to make our stay outstanding.

Beautiful condo and property! Close to the beach and was able to walk down every morning and see the sea turtles, which was the most special experience! Would highly recommend this location on the south side. We loved the pool and could relax while watching the spinner dolphins swim by just off the coast. Beautiful!

The only thing that was a small issue was the sewer smell. It wasn't the condo, it was outside in the parking lot. But there were many times that the smell would linger into the condo. We learned to hold our breath as we got out of the car. We could sometimes smell it on our patio. But overall, we loved staying here.

Beautiful views of the ocean & pool! Stunning sunsets! Lovely property with lush grounds. Short walk to Brenneckes & The Honu Bar. The Beach House, Keokis, & Koloa Rum are also a must!

The perfect location! Just steps from the beach and pool and the view from the deck is unbeatable. We appreciated the quick response to a few minor issues and the detailed instructions we received beforehand. The closet full of beach chairs and coolers was a great help for our beach days. It was all we needed for an amazing stay. We also appreciated the dual masters with King beds. Hard to find! Thank you.

The environmental factors create a situation where pests (insects) are nearly impossible to eradicate from every property constantly. Many bugs fly in when a door is open at night or are simply small enough to come in through screens on windows and sliding doors. For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay. Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
