Amazing 2 bedroom 2 level condo with stunning Mountain Views, portable ac in both bedrooms, direct pool access, and a 5-minute walk to 2 world-class beaches. Poipu Beach has been on lists of outstanding beaches for its children's park amenities, its swimming and snorkeling, its sunsets, and nearby restaurants. It's a 7-minute walk to Poipu Beach and 12 minutes to Shipwreck Beach which fronts the Grand Hyatt hotel.
It is a very short walk from the parking area to the condo, and also from the condo to the Makanui pool. The main Poipu Kai pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are a long walk or a very short drive.
Your stay comes with a FREE membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (PBAC) which includes a beautiful pool with a beach and slide, tennis, pickleball, basketball, weight machines, free weights, and cardio, classes, and much more. There is a wonderful restaurant on-site with poolside service.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Weve been to Kauai 6 times now and are very familiar with Poipu. This location was perfect for us! Directly between Poipu Beach and Shipwrecks Beach. Check-in was super easy. Loved that we didnt need keys, just used a 4-digit code for entry. Hosts were very responsive, both via phone or messaging through the app. They sent a well laid out introduction guide prior to our arrival which was great. The unit was perfect for our family. Both bedrooms were very spacious! The beds were super comfy. Tons of closet space & hangers. Lots of amenities were provided ( beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys & a wagon for hauling) Loved having a full-size washer & dryer. Kitchen was a perfect size for cooking meals & had all dishware & cooking supplies youd need including a good selection of spices & more. Full-sized coffee maker & filters. Beautiful mountain & sunrise views from balcony & upstairs bedroom. Beach themed decor was beautiful. Thank you!

Well-appointed condo with a great location and access to multiple pools
Great 2-level condo unit with AC units in both bedrooms and a great flow of air on the main floor with a ceiling fan. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has great amenities in the kitchen and also plenty of beach equipment. Totally saved us time and money without needing to rent those things. The pool just outside the units entry staircase was very nice and it felt like our own private oasis. You also can access the association pool area which is a bigger pool with also a hot tub. The homeowner also gives you access to the Poipu Beach athletic club which was totally awesome. Like a country club. Totally awesome place to stay

This is a very nice condo in a great walkable location, both to Poipu Beach as well as the Hyatt. Both are approx a 10 min walk along pathways. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and it was super handy having a washer and dryer in the unit. The space was clean with plenty of room for our family of 3, and could easily accommodate more people. Note that the condo faces a road with nice scenery in the distance, but the roadway can be fairly busy at times. Communication with the real estate company or property mgmt co was good

Amazing Condo
We loved our stay at this condo in Poipu. It was super clean, all of the appliances worked, communication was above-par, and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. We also appreciated having some air conditioning units for nights that were a little warm.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Close to multiple pools, beautiful beaches, and a great view of the mountain. You will get a bit of road noise and such but really didnt bother us at all. Walking paths to everything!

Beautiful place to stay while in Kauai. Great location, only ten minute's walk to two different popular beaches. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning to have breakfast while looking at the gorgeous mountains. The grounds are very well kept. Condo has all the necessary amenities and the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and dishes. The unit was ready for us when we arrived late, lights one, AC on, so we were able to settle in quickly after a long travel day. Owners are very responsive to any questions or requests.

The unit was fantastic for me and my 2 teenagers! It was very spacious and clean, and a beautiful view off the lanai! My only small complaint is I wish the entire unit had central air instead of just the bedrooms (but so grateful for the air conditioning in the bedrooms) being from Arizona, we werent used to the humidity lol! But I would definitely book this unit again!

Lovely place - close to walking trails and convenient to two beaches. We loved staying here! The beach/pool club access is a huge plus - really nice resort-style pool (not huge though) with poolside drinks/food service. The BBQ grill was hard to find, it's by the parking lot between the stairs that go from the parking lot down.

Great place to book! The place was spacious and clean. They even gave our son a little present for his one-year birthday! Thanks! The location is perfect, they have a walk way path that leads to either Poipu beach or the grand Hyatt hotel. The location of the Airbnb overlooks the beautiful scenery, a great spot to watch the sunrise in the morning from the balcony. Overall location cant be beaten. And they had some beach gear like chairs, towels, and wagon that makes it easier for families with kids.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Tons of great amenities such as Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and a plethora of other beach equipment along with access to the Beach Athletic Club was a game changer for our stay. Our experience would have been so different (and not in a good way) had these amenities not been provided. On the other hand, the Airbnb was very clean and exceeded our standards. We were very comfortable and appreciative to have stayed there. Hope to visit again soon - Mahalo!

Great condo in a convenient location
This is a great little condo with enough space for four, comfortable beds, and nice large bathrooms. My teens were happy with the pool and the location was convenient to the greenway path and therefore the beaches, plus restaurants and shops. The only thing it's missing is an ocean view!

30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
