This post is for Pili Mai 15H Great location dont hesitate because it is not at the beach the amenities make up for it. Spacious, comfortable modern conveniences including central air. The lanai feels like a 2nd living space. The host really left a lot of extra amenities for bathing, laundry, and cooking.
Poipu Beach is close enough to walk 10 mins / or drive plenty of parking! All other island beaches you have to drive to anyway.

Great property in a great location
We enjoyed this property. It is conveniently located in Poipu. It was clean and as advertised. One thing missing from the property is a furnished to lounge around on after a long day of playing. One of the reasons we like to use VRBOs instead of hotels is that we like to be able to lounge. The furniture in the living room is nice, but it's not super comfortable for lounging. I'm still willing to give this property five stars because it was great overall.

This is a wonderful location, with a fabulous pool, and a quiet complex.
If you have a car and dont mind being 20 minutes from the airport, you are really in the heart of Poipu. Close to both Volcano Pizza and Keokis and although you do have a full kitchen that is fully stocked in spices if you choose to cook. One of the best pools for a stay in a condo complex. Definitely will keep this on the list to stay again. Such nice accommodating hosts. With our state couldve been longer.

This condo was very nice and comfortable for our family of 4. It has all the amenities needed to enjoy a nice vacation. Close drive to the beach, shopping, and restaurant. Parking was convenient, right outside of the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The only issue we had was that the HVAC system is very loud when the AC turns off, mostly noticeable at night.

Staying at Pili Mai 15H was magical! The condo is impeccably decorated and organized. We appreciated all of the supplies provided for using at the beach, cooking in the condo, and making our stay comfortable. The AC was appreciated as well as relaxing on the lanai in the mornings. We enjoyed being able to walk to multiple beaches and shopping/dinner options. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property. Poipu is a great area to stay in Kauai and being able to stay at Pili Mai, not only is the property beautiful but it is also close to everything you want to do in Poipu. My kids absolutely loved the pool. And the condo itself was perfect and had everything youd need. Gorgeous inside and out. Communication with Jed was also very easy and hes very responsive. Cant wait to come back again!

Many bugs fly in when a door is open at night or are simply small enough to come in through screens on windows and sliding doors. For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay. Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
