Nihi Kai is in an amazing Poipu location. Walk to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches in five minutes. Have lunch at Brennecke's Restaurant or the Poipu Shopping Center, both minutes away.
Upstairs are the living area with a flat-screen tv, kitchen, dining, and two lanais. Downstairs are two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom (king bed) has an en suite with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that may be converted to King. The guest bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The entire condo is air-conditioned.

Spacious Condo in an Amazing Location
I stayed here with 3 friends and it was the perfect size and location for us. The property was very clean and the property managers were extremely responsive when I had questions. The two full bathrooms were perfect for 4 adults and the kitchen and living room area were great for downtime. The location was perfect too. We could walk to Poipu beach and could easily drive to other parts of the island for excursions. There were also several restaurants and cafes that were within walking distance, especially if you dont mind a little bit of a longer stroll in the beautiful weather. Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering!

I don't often write reviews but my family was so delighted with our stay that we felt compelled to share some highlights.
+ the units are immaculate, quiet, and have everything you need to fully relax
+ the property is gorgeous and can entertain you should you choose to remain on site; we particularly enjoyed the pool which overlooks the ocean
+ the location is perfect -- you are walking distance from the best beach on Kauai, which includes places to snorkel, boogie board, sun tan, build sandcastles, or even swim with turtles
+ the staff is exceptional. they will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. we left a personal item in the property as we were departing and they even offered to ship it back to us. absolute heroes!
We'd rate Koloa Kai more than five stars if possible and will certainly stay here again.

Great overall experience
The property is very close to the beach and well-maintained. They provided beach towels, chairs & couple of floats and upon request, they added pack-n-play for the baby. Overall we had a great time at the house and the hosts are pretty responsive. Thank you!

Great location, lots of space, excellent communication
We had a great time staying at the property for a week. It was definitely way larger than the two of us needed and easily could have accommodated a family with children or another couple. The unit is two levels, with the sleeping area on the lower level, so there is nobody immediately above you making noise when you're trying to sleep! Communications were easy and clear, including how to access the property, checking in/out, and recommendations for nearby activities and food! The location is awesome, just 5 minute walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach; a little further walk to nearby resorts so the area isn't overrun with people. Unit comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles. Also conveniently located near the Koloa Fruit Stand, and a short distance driving from the Shops at Kukui'ula and Old Town Koloa for excellent food options.

This condo is well appointed, well decorated, and on beautiful grounds. Poipu beach is 5 minutes walk away where you can see turtles and seals, as well as snorkel.

Traveling to Kauai
We were in town for business and found the property managers very helpful. We arrived a little before check-in time and they helped us check in early which was very helpful. Close proximity to the beach loved the AC in the unit and the layout of the condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, updated, and well-equipped condo. Perfect size for our family of four and a great location, walking distance to Poipu Beach. The folks at Koloa Kai were great too - super responsive and kindly provided us with some beach toys and coloring books and crayons for our young ones.

The environmental factors create a situation where pests (insects) are nearly impossible to eradicate from every property constantly. Many bugs fly in when a door is open at night or are simply small enough to come in through screens on windows and sliding doors. For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay. Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
