Great stay in Poipu Walking distance to several of the best beaches. We love Poipu, and this condo was great for the two of us and our two almost adult children. Wonderful property, beautiful ocean view All was excellent! Clean and beautiful, well stocked, great ocean view from the lanai. The only downside to know going in is that the 3rd-floor bedroom (loft) has no bathroom. Guests in that room must go to the main floor for a 'private' half-bath or enter one of the other bedrooms to share, unlike a shared hallway bathroom. 1/12/2023 at 3:08 PM

Beautiful condo close to activities and beaches. We had a wonderful time and never wanted to leave. We came in January and saw Whales, Sea Turtles, and Dolphins off of the balcony daily.

We had a great stay! Very close walk to Poipu beach and shipwreck beach. Had everything we needed for the week including board games and beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). Amazing views! Would definitely stay here again

This place is the absolute best! The views are incredible, and the condo is so comfortable and clean. Youre also located near a lot of amazing places. Make sure to check out Poipu beach at night, there are a lot of turtles that come up and rest. Also, there are usually monk seals there which was amazing to see.

Great rental! The view is spectacular, so worth it. The place was very clean and uncluttered. We liked being able to adjust the a/c in each bedroom so everyone would be comfortable. Close to town, including shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Stars across the board. Updated and clean and full of amenities this place is great. Located just down the street from an amazing beach with great snorkeling and wildlife (turtles and seals sunning themselves with you). But that view! Amazing. Just spectacular. What a location. I hope to be back soon. Also, if you are attending a meeting at the Hyatt resort, this condo provides a better value and experience!!

Location, location, location! Loved listening to the waves crashing on the bluffs. Amazing sunsets and moon views at night. Perfection! Nice amenities, views galore.. good hosts. Be prepared for 3rd-floor pack in and out.. bring some muscle or pack light.. but totally worth it when you see the ocean surrounding your stay!

The view and location are spectacular, with a corner deck facing the ocean and very close to the water. Its a 15-minute walk to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach, which was really nice. The place had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The kitchen was well furnished and everything worked great. As youll note from the description there isnt AC, which is ok when you have the tradewinds but can otherwise be pretty warm. All in all, we really liked the place and would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful stay! The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The essential amenities were also excellent. The views were spectacular! I would highly recommend this property. Our only complaint was that there was no air conditioning. Due to the property description, we erroneously believed the property had air conditioning. Consequently, it was evidently warm throughout our stay. Aside from that, everything went smoothly.


All reservations require a 25% payment to hold chosen dates.

Kauai is in a climate that is considered to be both tropical and within a rainforest category, known for its lush flora and fauna.  The environmental factors create a situation where pests (insects) are nearly impossible to eradicate from every property constantly.  Many bugs fly in when a door is open at night or are simply small enough to come in through screens on windows and sliding doors.  For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay.  Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues.  Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred.  Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.

Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days.  Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law.  If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property.  During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice.  Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.  

Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
