This two-bedroom, two-bath condo has distant ocean views and air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom and the living room. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed. Beautiful flooring throughout the condo. Waikomo Stream Villas is a lush garden resort with 60 Kauai condos located in the heart of Poipu. Centrally located and just down the road from Kukui'ula Village, with many shops and restaurants and a five to ten-minute walk from Poipu Shopping Center and a short walk to Sheraton Beach.
Your stay comes with a FREE membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (PBAC) which includes a beautiful pool with a beach and slide, tennis, pickleball, basketball, weight machines, free weights, cardio, classes, and much more. There is a wonderful restaurant on-site with poolside service.

Poipu Vacation
This unit is very nice and the pictures on the website depict it accurately. Well appointed and comfortable. We did however find the bed in the master a little too soft and springy for our comfort. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to fix any type of meal. It would have been nice to have a drawer with zip-lock plastic bags, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap. Some of the condiments listed in the description were missing. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

Convenient location - well-maintained grounds - good value
This was a good choice for us and our travel partners. Every day there were grounds people working hard to maintain the property. Parking was always available. The airport was a reasonable drive as well, the convention attended was close by, and the activities we went to were close by as well. Quiet neighbors. While we had some steps to access the unit, it is on the top floor and gave us a two-level unit including the loft. We would rent it again without hesitation.

This place was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better location and value for a very nice condo. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our crew. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and not feel cramped. Two things of note for future travelers: if you arrive and it's hot in the condo, open the windows to generate a cross breeze, and turn on the individual AC units in each room. It was QUITE warm when we arrived, and we were very tired and had a hard time problem-solving how to cool it down quickly. HA! Also, the mini-diagram of the rooms looks like the king and queen beds are in the same room... they are not. The king is in a room by itself (as pictured) and one of the queen beds is in the living room and is a pullout couch. Additionally, there is a queen bed upstairs in the open loft. Trust the pictures! Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and accurate to the pictures! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay
We loved the location - close to both the ocean and services. The condo had everything we needed - a well-equipped kitchen, bedding, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. Having the loft at a 2nd level enhanced the space. The villas do not have a big resort feel (which it is not). The gardens are beautiful.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! The condo was a superb, well-appointed kitchen, some beach equipment, and lovely grounds. We walked to beaches and several restaurants. It was a short drive to other places to eat and handy to various day trips. Not too busy an area, compared to Kapa'a. Very relaxing and authentic region. Great snorkeling at several locations nearby. Loved every minute and we would stay here again for sure!

We had a great time staying at this place. It is so close to Poipu Beach, and a bunch of restaurants is less than 5 minutes' walking distance away. The apartment was spacious and comfortably slept 5 people. They provided a booklet with lots of local recommendations too, which was helpful, and the WiFi was pretty fast. Thanks!

Absolutely stellar
If you don't want to stay at a resort in Koloa/Poipu (which I definitely didn't!) it's hard to imagine a better place to stay. The villa has been beautifully updated with new flooring and kitchen. Air conditioning is a godsend when it's really hot outside, and the lanai is wonderful when it's not. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but no hand soap (may want to request this as we had to go buy some.) The location is ideal, walking distance to the beaches, resorts, Long's, shops, and the local market. The only issue I had was a miscommunication with the management company. (They sent the cleaning crew in before the negotiated checkout time, which they resolved, no harm done.) Other than that the management company was communicative and seemed like they'd be great to deal with.

For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay. Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
