Let your dream Hawaiian vacation start and end at this sleek cottage, nestled just minutes from the roaring Pacific waves and offering the perfect spot for 2 couples or a small family looking to snorkel, hike, explore, and relax. The modern kitchen is well-equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a coffee maker, a blender, a knife set, a toaster, spices, Crock-Pot, an air fryer, a water filter, cooking basics, and dishware/flatware.
Outdoor stairs required for access.

Great home. Clean and well-equipped with beach gear. Nice bathroom. Good location for the beaches and generally to most of the popular eats in South Shore. Would stay again.

Beautiful stay
My husband and I loved staying here for part of our babymoon. It was a lovely location within walking distance of Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach. It was nice to have access to beach supplies like an umbrella and chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can see the ocean from the windows of the unit, and the beach is just at the end of the road. Convenient parking adjacent to the unit. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. A/C units worked extremely well, and we appreciated that there was a ceiling fan in each room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing, Relaxing Oasis
We stayed at the Dolphin Unit and absolutely LOVED our time. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and most of our activities were just a short distance away. We could see the ocean from our living room and thoroughly enjoyed the upscale amenities! 10/10 would stay here again!!

We were often too busy exploring the island to interact with the Koloa Kai team but they often reached out to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of and asked if we needed any help or advice on where to explore/eat/swim which was very appreciated.

Koloa Kai was an excellent place to stay on our trip to Kauai. The proximity to Poipu Beach and the surrounding area was fantastic and the unit itself had a terrific kitchen, massive television and a great shower.
Something we really appreciated was the provided beach chairs, snorkels and body boards available to guests. It used them everyday at the beach and made our experience so much better.
I'll be sure to reach out to Koloa Kai the next time I return to Kauai!

This place was great. We came a little early and they were still cleaning. they saw that we had a baby and immediately offered a pack-n-play. Had a lot of beach stuff to use. The only downfall was someone would smoke outside every night. Not anything they could do about this- I think it was a guess at another place. The AC would pull the smoke right in. The beds were soft - close to the beach. Would walk down with my kids.

This location was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom looks recently remodeled and up to date. AC in each room helped with the humidity and slight heat in the middle of the day. Its walkable to Brenneckes beach and Poipu beach, so great location!

Amazing place
The location was incredible. It was a super short walk from Poipu Beach. There was a lot of love put into the property. Theres a gigantic smart flat-screen TV in the living room. We loved logging into a streaming service on the smart flat-screen TV in the bedroom and watching movies in bed. 2 people can shower in the bathroom at once and you can turn on music and even watch TV in the shower. The property was super clean.

Comfort and convenience
This is a newly acquired and renovated property. We were only the second renters here, so they were still working out some final details, but what a place! It has some surprisingly elegant appointments. You'll love the showers, toilet, and kitchen blender. Tina with the rental team was sweet and responsive to our issues. You'll enjoy staying here. Just a short walk to the beaches. Nice!!

For this reason, Koloa Kai engages regular quarterly pest control in every property to keep the pests at bay. Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. If a guest books consecutive reservations where the check-out and check-in dates are concurrent, then a cleaning fee will be assessed, and a Koloa Kai designated cleaning professional/inspector will have unrestricted access to the property for the purposes of cleaning and inspection of the property. During the time between reservations, described by the check-out time and check-in time specifically, the guests shall vacate the property so that the designated cleaning professional/inspector can conduct a full reservation clean and inspection in accordance with Koloa Kai’s standard practice. Guest access to the property shall be restricted specifically to the date/times of the reservation documentation and may not be extended upon verbal or text message confirmation.
Hawaii Laws require that GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes apply to the cleaning fee.
