Great location. Great house. Well stocked.
My family of 6 was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the house. We walked in the area, enjoyed the athletic club, used the kitchen and grill - and sat on the deck every day. We mostly drove just a few minutes to the beaches in the early morning to avoid crowds and bring gear. Short walk though, too. The management company was quick to respond, helpful, and friendly during the booking process and also for a few minor things shortly after arrival.

The furniture was beautiful, along with the artwork. Management was very helpful, and provided us a new propane tank upon request. Our little one enjoyed playing with the provided beach toys.
Please note that there are wooden stairs leading up from the parking area to the home - we were surprised as this was not mentioned/pictured in the listing. It would be helpful if the owners provided a baby gate for this.

The home we rented was truly lovely with exceptional views and a wonderful location. The rooms were large with very high ceilings. The kitchen was well-designed, open, and stocked with cookware and dishes. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated. This was a true find. And Koloa Kai was incredibly helpful and available.

This home couldn't have been a more beautiful getaway for our family. The house is perfectly manicured, and the layout/floor plan is very ideal (all bedrooms on one end of the house, and very spacious living/dining/kitchen area on the other side). The location is also great. We walked to the beach every day and were able to walk to a handful of restaurants as well, which was really nice. The views on the patio are just like the pictures, so serene. We sipped coffee there in the AM while the kids played on the grass down below.
Traveling with young ones, I am always worried that street noise or others walking around the house will be disruptive, and this home was extremely quiet, which was perfect for our two families. The laundry room is very roomy and stays pretty dark, so our twin babies slept in there and it served as an additional bedroom. Overall we couldn't believe how well-stocked the kitchen/house was, all our needs were met and we hope to stay here again in the future. Would highly recommend it!

This place was outstanding! We all agreed that the pictures do not do it Justice. Sits up on a hill with big glass doors and windows for beautiful views whether youre inside or outside on the lanai. Plenty of space for all. Beaches were within walking distance. I would defiantly recommend.

I have spent two wonderful weeks in this house earlier this year. I fell in love with this place right after entering! You have an incredible amount of space, it is extremely clean and beautifully furnished. My absolute highlight was the Patio! The view is simply breathtaking! I have never seen such beautiful sunsets before. I could not have wished for a more beautiful start to the year 2023. I can only absolutely recommend this house!

We stayed at this lovely oasis for 10 nights and cannot recommend it highly enough! The house is beautiful and feels very spacious; every room is well appointed. Drinks on the lanai were a must every evening! The house is centrally located and is an easy walk or a very quick drive to several beaches. It also came with access to a nearby beach club which was great! We took advantage of the pool and pickleball courts and even signed our kids up for a tennis lesson! There are tons of restaurants close by - Beach House, Living Foods and Fish Market were our favorites! I cannot recommend this gem of a home enough.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at 1605 Makanui road. The mountain + ocean views from the property beat the views from the Hyatt or any of the other nearby luxury hotels. The property is spacious with wonderful inside-outside living with a huge lanai for entertaininhg, a large well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area. The bedrooms are also well appointed with very comfortable beds, several wonderful shower rooms and even a bath with jets to unwind. There is also a spacious grassy area beneath the Lanai (next to the plentiful parking area) for lawn games. There are lots of great things to see and do nearby including many lovely beaches and a fantastic variety of restaurants. You will have a truly luxurious vacation experience here!

We absolutely loved our stay here! My wife and I took our 2-year-old son and also my dad and his girlfriend so there were 5 of us total. The house is beautiful and in a prime location which is within walking distance of the beach. Its also located just a few minutes from any of the restaurants or shopping in Poipu which makes it extremely convenient. One of our favorite parts about the house is the breathtaking ocean and mountain views from the large lanai. When we were at the house we would spend most of our time out there BBQing, eating breakfast, or just watching the sun come up in the morning and even the moon rise at night. The interior of the house is very spacious and luxurious and we loved the fact that it had air conditioning throughout the house. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to this same house next time!

From the time we walked in the front door of Halana Malie we felt right at home. This beautiful home has everything we could ever need and more. Absolutely gorgeous and stunning views from every room. Sitting on the lanai watching the ocean everyday/evening was such a wonderful treat. The location of the home is very convenient with a short walk to shipwreck and Brenneckes beaches. Weve stayed here twice and honestly never want to leave. We look so very forward to returning to Halana Malie a little slice of heaven and home away from home.

Despite these efforts, it is possible to have pests in your property, and if that happens, Koloa Kai will take all measures possible as quickly as possible to mitigate any issues. Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation.
30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS:
