We absolutely loved the Daydream Believer. Big and open and a nice view of the mountains. Close to everything you need and more.

Amazing stay in the perfect location

Our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us and was walking distance to Brennecke Beach, Poipu Beach, and Shipwreck Beach. The walks were along paved and lit paths away from roads so it was perfect for all the young kids when we would have dinner on the beach at sunset! The toilet in the downstairs bathroom needed a new seal as it leaked around the base a bit, and we could've used a few more sheets for the pullout couches, but overall it was an amazing experience! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Home

Property is plenty spacious for our family of 12. Location is within 5-7 minutes walking distance to Shipwreck’s Beach and very close drive to Poipu Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped; plenty of electric fans and ceiling fans for ventilation. Our stay was comfortable and there were beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, water shoes etc available to use. The kitchen is fully stocked. When we were there, however, the dishwasher didn’t work so that was a bummer, and a replacement dishwasher was not available right away. I think that problem should be fixed by now. Refrigerator’s water and ice dispensers were not working either, but we made do. Kauai is a beautiful place and Poipu Beach was exceptional for the little ones. Our stay, overall, was positive. Kōloa Kai property management was exceptional! They were easy to communicate with!

Superb Guest Service

Koloa Kai Vacation Rentals and Management was superb! Their responsiveness to our questions, etc. were quickly answered and met. We couldn't have been happier! They also went out of their way to celebrate our grandchildren's special day. They truly wanted us to feel content.

The house is dated, but it was plenty big for the 12 of us. Some appliances were not working while we were there, and so Koloa Kai got answers for us. The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of dishes, drink ware, flat ware, plenty of towels and beach towels, and our family enjoyed the use of beach umbrella, beach chairs, water shoes, floaters for the kids, and sand digging toys. The driveway can easily accommodate 3-4 vehicles which was helpful for our 3 households.

Kauai was perfect while we were there. Shipwreck Beach was just about 5-7 minutes away by foot. We saw a Hawaiian Monk Seal there our last night. In Poipu Beach, we saw sea turtles everyday while we were there, and the beach was perfect for our toddlers and babies. Many snorkelers were there too. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, the community pool which we never used, and easy access to the main road.
