Property was beautiful with lush gardens everywhere. Condo itself was comfortable clean and well stocked with cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. We had a fun memorable visit and would definitely recommend Kōloa Kai 503 to friends!

Great for couples

My husband and I enjoyed this villa. The location was great, there was plenty of space to give a homey feel, and the on-site pool was enjoyable. We knew before that there was no A/C, but there were several fans available and the windows/screen doors helped. It was still pretty warm, but we understand that adding A/C can be difficult and expensive. We’re maybe overly sensitive about heat. Communication with property management was great. Overall, we recommend this unit.

Spacious and comfortable suite
Stayed with us Aug 2024Spacious and comfortable suite. Pleasant exterior with lush vegetation. Complete equipment even if sometimes low-end like kitchen utensils. Interesting location with shops and restaurants nearby. Good base point for activities in the south and east of the island. Unfortunately we were not informed of the exterior landscaping works on the Condo's garden which were noisy. However we appreciated to be authorised to check out after nominal time.
Great Condo
Stayed with us Jun 2024Great condo! Extremely conveniently located, close to beaches and walkable to a big shopping center. We loved hanging out on the Lanai watching the chickens. We also loved having a washer and dryer for all our sandy clothes and towels. Lots of parking and great responsive host!
